Developed by the Dubai Textile Merchants Group (TEXMAS) in partnership with the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC), it provides warehouses, showrooms, offices and on‑site Dubai Customs/immigration services to textile merchants. The project agreement was signed in 2000 and the city opened for business in 2006.
