About Dubai Textile City

Dubai Textile City (often referred to in early plans as Dubai Textile Village) is a purpose-built hub for textile trading and warehousing in Warsan South, Dubai. Developed by the Dubai Textile Merchants Group (TEXMAS) in partnership with the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC), it provides warehouses, showrooms, offices and on‑site Dubai Customs/immigration services to textile merchants. The project agreement was signed in 2000 and the city opened for business in 2006.
