Cocochem Agro-Industrial Park (CAIP) is a 42-hectare special economic zone (ECOZONE) located in San Antonio, San Pascual, Batangas, Philippines. It was the country's first oleochemical ECOZONE, originally focused on the manufacture of fatty acids, fatty alcohol, and glycerine from coconut oil.
