What the Modeler Covers
Select a sector (manufacturing, office, or logistics), enter your floor space requirement and headcount, and the modeler returns estimated monthly costs for each zone: land or factory lease per sqm, electricity at zone-specific kWh rates, and labour based on minimum wage and average engineer salary data from the SEZ Explorer database.
Data Sources
A missing component is omitted and called out; a lower total must not be read as evidence of lower real cost.
