Searching and Filtering Zones
Use the Zone Explorer to search by zone name, country, type, sector focus, and operational status. Apply filters for establishment year range, area size, and data completeness tier. Zones can be viewed as a list or on the interactive map.
Comparing Countries
The Compare tool lets you evaluate two or more countries' SEZ ecosystems simultaneously across incentive quality, zone count, sector depth, regulatory environment, and historical FDI performance.
Model-Ranked Zone Finder
Describe your investment brief and the beta Zone Finder returns a modelled screening shortlist. Missing evidence cannot be treated as a positive fit, and every material requirement still needs independent confirmation.
Evidence and unavailable fields
Where a publication field has eligible evidence, open “Why this value” to inspect source, dates, scope, decision, and caveats. An unavailable disclosure or field is an evidence gap, not permission to infer a value.
